The On-Line Salary Survey System is available to participants for an annual subscription rate based upon hospital size.
- Under 1,000 FTE's - $850
- Over 1,000 FTE's - $1,100
- Multi-Facility Systems - $1,200 - $2,700
- Non-participants may purchase an annual subscription that includes two semi-annual summary reports for a price of $1,500
- Data Export is available for an additional fee of $200
